Our customers rely on us every day. As a result, our support team plays a big role in keeping things running well. We’re looking for an entry-level Application Support Specialist who is curious, helpful, and ready to learn.

You don’t need a long list of qualifications. Instead, if you like solving problems and helping people, you may be a great fit.

What You’ll Do 

  • Be the friendly first line of support for our customers
  • Help answer questions and guide users to simple solutions
  • Try to repeat issues so you can help document them
  • Work closely with our product and engineering teams
  • Keep support tickets organized and moving forward
  • Learn how our software works over time
  • Share feedback so we can make the product better

What We’re Looking For 

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer support, tech support, IT, or a related role
    • This role is great for recent grads or anyone changing careers
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • A curious mindset — you like to understand how things work
  • Comfort learning new tools and systems
  • Someone organized and dependable
  • Empathy for users — especially when they are stressed

Bonus Points (Not Required) 

  • Experience with SaaS tools or ticketing systems
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or cloud tools
  • Experience supporting non-technical users
  • Coursework, internships, or training in IT or computer science
