CTS (Coordinated Transportation Solutions) is a not-for-profit organization that has been providing cost-effective transportation services since 1997. Specializing in non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), transportation consulting, workers’ compensation, special education transportation, and mobility management, CTS partners with government agencies, managed care organizations, and businesses.

With a focus on vulnerable populations, CTS uses a “No Wrong Door” service model, ensuring efficient, transparent, and inclusive service through online portals, contact centers, and IVR technology.
